The primary goals are supporting and equipping therapists with the required licensure needs AND psychotherapy services for those suffering. The R.E.A.L. acronym is a cognitive tool that gets to the core thoughts.
Currently treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, relational trauma, traumatic grief, disordered eating, post- traumatic stress disorder, child and parent conflict, work related stress/secondary traumatic stress ages. Serving ages 12+ in a safe virtual space.

Self in Learning
Psych-Ed in mental health treatment plays a
vital role in equipping individuals with the tools to support the current needs and personal growth. What we want vs. what is the reality, can be two different things. Self-awareness is where we aim to bridge this gap during our time together through individual Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills sessions and other forms CBT are available as part of SELF in learning. Development of The Therapist
We all have our strengths and struggles. As a practitioner, you know that sometimes our work will affect us. During the hardest moments of the helper's job, an opportunity for growth is afforded. Let's make use of that! Our Supervision time will be based on bringing yourself to the table. Individual Supervision is personal practice time, combined with clinical articles, presentations, and case formulations.
Group supervision is also available and has a different dynamic but the goals for learning with the R.E.A.L Supervision tool are the same.
